Course Library: Building Resource Lists in Canvas

Leganto tracks usage statistics which gives faculty a snapshot of their students' levels of engagement. Within a list, select the Analytics button (shown in the screenshot below) to view the Analytics for the course. In this mode, instructors can view:

• the total number of Active Students as well as the number of Active Students who separately interacted with each resource
• the Total full text access for the class as a whole (the number of times students clicked to view the full text of any item in your course library)
• per-item information on the number of student views, and how many students marked the item done (if you are using that feature)
   

Note: at present, the number of students enrolled in the course will show as 0 in the analytics table. This is a known issue and will be resolved in the near future.
